Pay: Hourly + Tips
Catering Bartenders will have oversite of bar operations during their shift and or event.
Areas of Focus (including but not limited to):
- Provide extraordinary customer service during all volume styles of business
- Communicate clearly with catering leads and team members to ensure smooth event flow
- Execute drink service with consistency, speed, and attention to detail in presentation
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free bar area at all times (wipe downs, glassware management, trash control)
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting bar equipment and supplies as needed
- Support overall event execution—step in where needed beyond the bar to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol
- Building cocktails to spec with notable time management
- Completing checklists to ensure all food and beverage safety compliances
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to manage the needs of the restaurant
- Detailed oriented
- Having a positive, welcoming, and upbeat attitude
- Must be, or willing to be, TIPS certified (or equivalent), with a strong understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance with local regulations
- Communication skills to inspire and motivate consistency and excellence
- Strong believe in professional and ethical approach to guest services
