Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team for the summer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Aloha POS system
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction

Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with Lightspeed POS system is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Understanding of food safety guidelines in a restaurant setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
