Bartender

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to all responsible serving guidelines
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while balancing registers at the end of each shift
• Monitor guest behavior to promote safety and responsible alcohol consumption while managing multiple tables or bar stations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments; retail math skills are a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests enthusiastically and professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with food industry operations including serving, catering, or food service roles is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to foster a lively atmosphere
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by hospitality schedules
