Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
• Handle POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling with precision.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering, banquet events, or food service operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including specialty drinks and brewing options, to assist guests effectively.

Skills

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings with strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods while maintaining quality service.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and drink measurements accurately.
• Strong communication skills to engage guests and collaborate with team members effectively.
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding alcohol laws applicable in various hospitality environments.
