We're looking for reliable, energetic and personable individuals to join our Tumon nightlife team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote repeat business.
• Manage POS systems for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, while providing excellent customer service.
• Restock bar supplies regularly and communicate needs promptly to management.

Qualifications

• Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple guests during busy periods without compromising quality.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events.
• Must have a valid Health Certificate and an ABC license to start immediately. If you do not currently have these, you may begin work once they are obtained.
• Having a ServSafe certification is not required but a plus!
