What We're Looking For:
2+ years of bartending experience (cocktail bar or full-service restaurant preferred)

Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic/modern cocktails

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

California Food Handler Card required (TIPS certification a plus)

full food menu service at the bar counter

Highlighted food & beverage pairing knowledge as a plus

full dining experience management (orders, pacing, checks)
