We’re looking for a Bartender who brings the same level of passion and precision to the bar as our chefs bring to the kitchen. If you’ve got hospitality in your blood, know your way around a shaker and a sake list, and can sling drinks with speed and style—we want you on Team Tuna.
As a Bartender, you’ll create memorable guest experiences from behind the bar—serving thoughtfully crafted cocktails, beer, wine, sake, and spirits, all while bringing great energy and genuine hospitality to every shift. This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role that requires both precision and personality.
Craft and serve cocktails, wine, sake, and beer to guests and servers with speed and accuracy
Engage guests with a warm, professional, and energetic attitude
Guide guests through the drink menu and make pairing suggestions with food
Maintain a clean and well-organized bar, including restocking, prep, and breakdown
Monitor alcohol consumption and follow all laws, policies, and responsible service guidelines
Support hosts and servers with takeout orders or service bar tickets
Handle payments and bar tabs accurately and efficiently
Assist with bar inventory and restocking as needed
1–2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant or bar
Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
A love of hospitality and ability to engage with all types of guests
Clean, organized work habits and great communication skills
Ability to multitask under pressure while staying cool and collected
Sake and Asian-spirit knowledge is a plus—but not required (we’ll teach you!)
Must be 18+ with valid bartending license/permit (if required by law)
Evening and weekend availability required
