Bartender

Twinflame is a new Korean-Japanese robata style restaurant opening in Oakland, centered around charcoal cooking, warm hospitality, and a refined but approachable dining experience.

Our bar will feature a beverage program with Japanese whisky, cocktails, highballs, wine, beer, and premium spirits. We are seeking skilled bartenders who are passionate about hospitality.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. You should be comfortable preparing cocktails, discussing beverages with guests, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and working as part of a professional service team.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, highballs, sake, wine, beer, and spirits to house standards.

Provide warm, attentive hospitality to bar and dining room guests.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.

Assist with bar prep, stocking, opening, closing, and side work.

Follow proper alcohol service, sanitation, and safety standards.

Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen, and management during service.

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience preferred.

Strong hospitality, communication, and teamwork skills.

Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to stay composed during busy service.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

California RBS certification and Food Handler Card required or ability to obtain before starting.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
