Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, provide outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm and expertise will contribute to a lively atmosphere, whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about the food and beverage industry, possesses excellent time management skills. We are looking for a expierienced bartender to work Sundays possible other shifts as well. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, great time management, and belives what were doing here. Looking for a candidate that has some expierience and has has senior roles in hospitality. Possibly looking to have a less time role or getting back into hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and promote specials to boost sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and basic retail math calculations.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs for ordering to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure responsible serving practices by checking IDs and adhering to alcohol service regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.
• Uphold high standards of customer service by creating a welcoming environment in diverse settings such as nightclubs or fine dining venues.
• Follow all food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize your knowledge of brewing, food industry trends, and hospitality best practices to enhance guest experiences.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing.
• Demonstrated ability in serving alcohol responsibly while maintaining excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in food handling, food safety procedures, and catering operations is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy shifts.
• Knowledge of retail math, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills are necessary for accurate transactions.

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
