Bartender

We are looking for skilled, professional bartenders with strong cocktail knowledge to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced bar environment, delivers great guest experiences, and takes pride in their craft. You may be asked to serve the floor so we are seeking a team player.

*Must be able to open 3pm shifts and have flexibility Tues, Wed, Sat and Sundays.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience bartending in a high-volume bar or restaurant
• Strong cocktail knowledge (classics, modern cocktails, proper techniques)
• Ability to work efficiently during busy shifts
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and event nights
• Ability to assist servers on the floor

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve classic and specialty cocktails consistently
• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests at the bar
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and tabs accurately
• Follow all alcohol service laws and safety guidelines
• Work closely with barbacks, servers, and management
• Assist with opening and closing duties

Requirements:

• Must be 21+ (or legal age per state law)
• Prior cocktail bartending experience required
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
• Valid alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain)
• Toast POS knowledge preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
