Join Tiki Jay's, a new restaurant and bar at Cinnamon Shore, and help shape one of the most exciting bar programs on the coast.

Guaranteed Minimum Pay:

• Base Pay: $5/hour + tips

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet guests and quickly establish rapport with warmth and professionalism
• Craft drinks with precision and speed—classic and house specialties
• Guide guests through our cocktail, wine, beer, and spirits menu
• Maintain deep knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and flavor profiles
• Take accurate orders and partner with team members to deliver food and beverage service that exceeds expectations
• Provide consistently friendly, attentive service that makes guests feel at home
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and stocked during service
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and a team-first attitude

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven bartending experience in upscale or high-volume restaurants
• Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and cocktails
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team
• Texas Food Handler’s Certification required
• TABC Certification required (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission)

Shifts vary depending on restaurant needs and availability.
