Job Type: Part Time (10-35 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Drink Pours: Ability to make and serve all drinks and beers in a timely fashion per Post standards.
  • Pour Consistency: Maintaining drink pour consistency per Post standards
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to effectively perform multiple bartending functions at the same time (e.g., greet guests, pour beers, take orders, etc.).
  • Bar Side Work: Ensure proper completion of all bar side work.
  • Cleanliness/Appearance: Maintaining bar cleanliness per Post standards.
  • Prompt Communication: Timely response to any and all inquiries.
  • Upselling: Ability to upsell different menu items as per Post standards.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Strong collaborative skills to simultaneously work with guests and team members
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Personable, friendly, and not afraid to smile
  • Responsible, punctual, and organizational skills (e.g., ability to use email)
  • General beer, liquor, and wine knowledge


Preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Have attained a high school diploma or GED
  • Prior bartending experience
  • Substantive knowledge of drink-making and bartending techniques
