Responsibilities

Drink Pours: Ability to make and serve all drinks and beers in a timely fashion per Post standards.

Pour Consistency: Maintaining drink pour consistency per Post standards

Multi-Tasking: Ability to effectively perform multiple bartending functions at the same time (e.g., greet guests, pour beers, take orders, etc.).

Bar Side Work: Ensure proper completion of all bar side work.

Cleanliness/Appearance: Maintaining bar cleanliness per Post standards.

Prompt Communication: Timely response to any and all inquiries.

Upselling: Ability to upsell different menu items as per Post standards.
