Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. You will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in catering events or banquets as needed, providing support in beverage service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Proficiency in math for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Experience in the food industry, particularly in bartending or related roles.
• Familiarity with brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Sales skills to promote special drinks or menu items effectively.
• Experience in catering or banquet services is advantageous.
