54 Restaurant & Lounge is looking for a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team. Our restaurant blends Vietnamese cuisine with a lively bar experience, featuring classic cocktails, house creations, and drinks inspired by Vietnamese flavors and ingredients.

We’re looking for someone who can handle a busy bar, create great cocktails, and provide an excellent guest experience. The ideal bartender is organized, confident during high-volume service, and takes pride in both the drinks they make and the hospitality they provide.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
• Execute classic cocktails and house specialty drinks with consistency
• Engage with guests and create a welcoming, energetic bar atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency behind the bar
• Restock and manage bar inventory during shifts
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Manage Clover POS systems efficiently for order processing, billing, and cash handling.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of bartending experience required
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and bar techniques
• Ability to multitask and stay composed during high-volume shifts
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Must be 21 years or older
