Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and related offerings.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and manage tabs efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including serving drinks swiftly during busy hours while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring all supplies are ready and properly stored.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced service environments efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
• Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving or catering is advantageous.
