We’re on the lookout for an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our bar area, mixing drinks, serving guests, and ensuring everyone has a fantastic time. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Aloha and Micros.
• Engage with guests to take drink orders, answer questions about the menu, and recommend specials or popular drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash and credit card processing.
• Support the team during busy hours by assisting with serving food or catering orders when needed.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol and bar supplies; report shortages or issues promptly.
• Follow all health regulations and safety procedures to provide a safe environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Strong customer service skills with an outgoing personality and the ability to connect with diverse guests.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and bill splitting.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and food handling procedures.

Pay: $22.83 - $27.50 per hour
