Bartender

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender/Server to join our team. As a Bartender/Sever, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating delicious cocktails, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Taking inital orders at the counter and reorders at customers tables. If you have a passion for conversation, creating drinks and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take drink and food orders and serve beverages promptly

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies

- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently

- Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions

- Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Bartender or server or similar role

- Knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills for cash handling and making change

- Must be at least 21 years old (legal drinking age)

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Pay: $17.75 - $20.00 per hour
