Core Responsibilities

• Craft & Service: Prepare a variety of beverages—including classic cocktails, regional specialties, and espresso-based drinks—with precision and speed.
• Business Building: Actively engage with guests to build a loyal "regular" base and contribute ideas for menu development or operational improvements.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar while adhering strictly to all local health and liquor licensing regulations.
• Versatility: As a growing business, we value a "team-first" mentality. This includes assisting colleagues during peak hours and ensuring every guest feels welcomed the moment they walk in.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of high-volume bartending experience. You should be comfortable managing a busy rail while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer. Experience with traditional fermentation processes or specialized beverage ceremonies is a significant plus.
• Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and consistency.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills. You must be able to navigate high-pressure situations with grace and clarity.
• Compliance: Must hold all necessary local certifications (e.g., BASSET and Food Handler’s certification).
