Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations while maintaining excellent time management to serve all guests promptly.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties with integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and food handling regulations.
• Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management for timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members to support catering events, banquets, or nightclubs, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting; fine dining experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
