Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS system for order processing and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
• Monitor guest consumption and behavior to promote responsible serving practices.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, bar or country club, preferred; restaurant or food service experience is highly valued.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods using excellent time management skills.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with applicable laws; familiarity with food industry standards is a plus.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
