Bartender

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing exceptional customer service that enhances their experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for billing, tips, and change.
• Collaborate with team members across food service, catering, banquet events, or nightclub settings to deliver seamless service.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet venues.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high standards of service.
• Background in retail math, hospitality, brewing or related food industry fields is advantageous.
