Bartender

Overview:
We are seeking skilled bartender to join our team for our beer and wine bar Brew Haven The stunning bar and lounge space, Brew Haven has an approachable feel, with lounge and dining spaces both indoor and outdoor which allow guests to meander the property while enjoying beer or wine from our bar. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, and food to our customers. If you have a passion for award winning craft beer, natural wines, thoughtfully balanced cocktails and creating memorable experiences, we want to hear from you.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders with food service

Skills:
- Proficiency in basic math for measuring ingredients and handling transactions
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
- Familiarity with cash register operations
- Knowledge of retail math for pricing and inventory management
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation
- Food handling certification is a plus
- Experience in banquet or event settings is beneficial
