Bartender

Description: The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers in a friendly and efficient manner. This includes taking orders, mixing ingredients, and ensuring that the bar area is clean and well-stocked. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and a thorough knowledge of various beverages and cocktail recipes.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and present beverage menus.
• Take orders and serve drinks and snacks to customers.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Check identification of customers to ensure they are of legal drinking age.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender.
• Knowledge of a wide range of drink recipes.
• Ability to mix drinks quickly, accurately, and without waste.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification or training in mixology is a plus.
