Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and an exceptional ability to deliver outstanding customer service. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately, utilizing Agilysis POS systems as required.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
• Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
• Assist with banquet services or catering events as needed, showcasing versatility in various settings such as fine dining or nightclubs.

Skills

• Proficient in Agilysis POS system for efficient order processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours effectively.
• Excellent sales abilities to promote menu items and enhance guest experiences.
• Previous fine dining experience preferred, along with knowledge of food service standards.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
• Experience in the food industry, including bartending or restaurant roles, is highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining professionalism.
