Hourly pay plus tips, must have at least 2 years of fine dining experience. We specialize in our own craft custom cocktails.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to recipes and customer preferences
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Prefer experience with Toast POS
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow
• Full Service bar, fine dining farm to table restaurant, menu changes daily

Skills

• Proven experience in fine dining or nightclub environments with strong serving skills
• Proficiency in Toast POS for quick order entry and payment processing
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Experience working in banquet settings or catering events is a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate bill calculation
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, including food industry regulations and beverage brewing processes
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
