Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and accurately process payments while maintaining accountability.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and follow all legal regulations related to serving alcohol.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, to ensure seamless service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure timely food service and customer satisfaction.
• Uphold all health and safety protocols related to food safety, food handling, and responsible beverage service in a variety of settings such as nightclubs or fine dining venues.

Experience

• Previous experience as a bartender or in food service within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous for efficient order processing.
• Experience working in fine dining environments or banquet settings demonstrates your ability to handle diverse guest needs with professionalism.
• Knowledge of retail math, basic math skills, cash handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving regulations are essential for accuracy and compliance.
• Exposure to nightclub or brewing environments can enhance your adaptability in high-energy atmospheres.
• Strong time management skills are necessary to juggle multiple orders swiftly while maintaining quality standards.

Pay: $21.37 - $25.73 per hour
