Ideal candidates must have excellent customer service skills, experience in food and beverage services, and a desire to provide great experience for our guests.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and greet guests.
- Recommend specific beverage, appetizer, entrée, and desserts.
- Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant and store services.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter orders in point-of-sale system.
- Prepare beverages for guests and servers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Keep bar in clean and neat condition at all times.
- Perform side work during each shift as required by service station assignment.
- Maintain clean and stocked service and dining areas.
- Monitor and observe guests to ensure pleasurable dining experience.
- Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and beverage service.
- Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
Required Skills:
- Must have in depth knowledge of wine and cocktails.
- ServSafe and Alcohol certified.
