Bartender

Ideal candidates must have excellent customer service skills, experience in food and beverage services, and a desire to provide great experience for our guests.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome and greet guests.
• Recommend specific beverage, appetizer, entrée, and desserts.
• Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant and store services.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter orders in point-of-sale system.
• Prepare beverages for guests and servers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Keep bar in clean and neat condition at all times.
• Perform side work during each shift as required by service station assignment.
• Maintain clean and stocked service and dining areas.
• Monitor and observe guests to ensure pleasurable dining experience.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and beverage service.
• Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.

Required Skills:

• Must have in depth knowledge of wine and cocktails.
• ServSafe and Alcohol certified.
