Full-Time Bartender

Gabriella’s Modern Italian is seeking an experienced, professional, and energetic Full-Time Bartender to join our team.

Gabriella’s is a fast-paced, upscale modern Italian restaurant known for its vibrant atmosphere, craft cocktail program, high-volume dining room, and elevated guest experience. We are looking for a bartender who can thrive in a busy environment, maintain composure under pressure, and consistently deliver both quality drinks and strong hospitality.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, understands the importance of organization and time management, and can confidently handle a demanding service while maintaining a positive attitude and professional presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute all cocktails, wine, beer, espresso drinks, and specialty beverages with consistency and attention to detail
• Maintain a strong understanding of our specialty cocktail program, wine list, spirits, and full dinner menu in order to confidently guide guests and make recommendations
• Provide full food and beverage service at the bar while maintaining high hospitality standards
• Handle high-volume service efficiently while remaining clean, organized, and composed under pressure
• Prioritize ticket management, multitasking, and communication during busy shifts
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and organized bar throughout the entire shift
• Work closely with servers, food runners, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth and efficient service flow
• Assist with opening, closing, prep work, stocking, and sidework responsibilities
• Uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, upscale dining, or hospitality-driven environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, liquor, wine, and spirits
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-stress environment without sacrificing quality or guest experience
• Excellent multitasking, communication, and time management skills
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support the overall operation
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays required
