Saturdays and Sundays are required.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately using POS systems such as Toast, and providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management, ensuring prompt service even during busy hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by handling food and beverages responsibly, adhering to proper food handling procedures.
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures, balancing registers at the end of shifts.
• Support team members by coordinating with kitchen staff for timely food delivery and ensuring a smooth flow of service during events or regular shifts.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast paced establishment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast to process orders efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling practices, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Experience in retail math or hospitality environments that require basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.

Pay: $22.14 - $50.00 per hour
