Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to all food safety standards.
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Manage POS systems to process orders efficiently, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food handling and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or nightclub events to deliver seamless service.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service.

Skills

• Proficiency in POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that keeps guests engaged and satisfied.
• Experience in fine dining, nightclub environments, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in fast-paced settings such as food service or hospitality venues.
