Bartender

Compensation: $5 an hour + tips

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time jobs available

La Belle Helene is looking for self motivated individuals with excellent people skills. Must be able to hold a crowd in a high volume environment. As an employee you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards.

Responsibilities and requirements:
- clean bars, work areas and tables
- serve wine, bottle/draft beer, craft cocktails
- stock bar with beer, wine, liquor
- slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
- have full knowledge of all menus and beverage menus
- proper set up and breakdown of area and service station
- prepare beverages quickly and efficiently following written and visual standards
- follow service standards at all times
- demonstrate excellent teamwork with other departments

Qualifications:
- able to stand for extended periods of time
- able to lift and carry 20 pounds
- 2 plus years bar experience in high volume and fine dining restaurant
