Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an exceptional customer service experience.
• Manage multiple drink orders while maintaining excellent time management to keep service flowing smoothly.
• Ensure all food handling and beverage preparation adhere to food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy using POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment, following health regulations.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by serving drinks responsibly and managing guest needs efficiently.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially within fine dining or nightclub environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in sales, customer service, and multitasking in fast-paced settings.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, beverage preparation techniques, and responsible serving policies.
• Experience with banquet service or catering events is a plus.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing.

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
