Overview
We are looking for an energetic and friendly Bartender to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our bar area, creating a fun and engaging environment while serving drinks and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, skilled in beverage service, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting like a nightclub or restaurant. If you enjoy mixing drinks, connecting with people, and maintaining a lively atmosphere, this position is perfect for you.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Square
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering and processing payments efficiently.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, answer questions about drinks or menu items, and create a welcoming environment.
• Support bar operations during busy nights or events like banquets or catering functions to ensure smooth service flow.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and follow all legal regulations related to serving alcohol.

Experience

• Prior experience in bartending or food service is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is beneficial.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and responsible alcohol service is essential.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for sales tracking, and accurate measurement of ingredients.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in catering or banquet settings can be advantageous but not required. Join us as a Bartender where your mixology skills will shine while creating memorable moments for our guests!

Pay: $200.00 - $300.00 per day
