Description:
Iron Tee Golf is seeking a skilled bartender to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by greeting them warmly, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
***Must have daytime and weekend availability***
Responsibilities:

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications.

Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring special requests and dietary preferences are noted and communicated to the kitchen staff.

Keep assigned tables clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with necessary condiments and supplies.

Have a good understanding of the drink menu, including specialty cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, and be able to make recommendations to guests.

Monitor and restock bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, to maintain a well-stocked and organized bar area.

Proficiently use the point-of-sale (POS) system to enter orders, process payments, and generate guest checks.

Suggest and upsell additional items or promotions to increase guest satisfaction and venue revenue.

Collaborate with other servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service, to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.

Accurately handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions, including making change and processing tips.

Familiarize yourself with the golf games and activities offered at the venue to assist guests with questions and basic instructions.

Complete closing duties, including reconciling payments, cleaning and restocking the server station, and ensuring readiness for the next shift.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.

Minimum 1+ year of bartending experience required.

Familiarity with restaurant standards and hospitality.

Good communication skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.

Ability to stand for hours at a time, including maneuvering up and down stairs.

Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at-a-time without assistance.

Must be able to pass a background check.
