As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by crafting high-quality beverages and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending or related roles in catering or fine dining environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with food handling regulations and best practices.
