Bartender

Job Overview
We’re on the lookout for a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our bar, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner to take orders, answer questions about drinks and menu items, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently for quick transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with restocking as needed.
• Follow all health regulations related to food safety and responsible alcohol service to ensure guest safety.
• Collaborate with team members during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions to deliver seamless service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders smoothly during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with an ability to connect with diverse guests from around the world.
• Knowledge of food handling, food safety practices, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, measuring ingredients accurately, and retail math calculations.

Pay: $23.81 - $28.67 per hour
