Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions efficiently using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate service protocols.
• Restock bar supplies regularly, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during events like banquets or catering functions.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy hours.
• Exceptional customer service skills to create welcoming atmospheres and handle diverse guest needs.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications.
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal regulations; knowledge of beverage brewing processes is a plus.
