What You’ll Be Doing

• Shaking, stirring, and serving up thoughtfully crafted cocktails, mocktails, and everything in between.
• Delivering warm, genuine hospitality that makes guests feel taken care of the moment they sit down.
• Keeping the bar clean, organized, and running smoothly during even the busiest nights.
• Managing POS, orders, and cash handling with accuracy and confidence.
• Helping with inventory — stocking, rotating, and staying ahead of what we need.
• Working alongside our kitchen + events team to keep service flowing seamlessly (banquets, parties, big nights… you name it).
• Continuing to grow your craft: seasonal menus, new spirits, fun techniques — we love a bartender who’s excited to learn.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous full-service bartending experience is a must (restaurant, craft cocktail bar, or nightlife).
• Someone who brings a great attitude and takes pride in their work.
• Strong multitasking skills — you stay calm, collected, and efficient when things get busy.
• A genuine, friendly energy that makes guests feel welcome.
• Basic food safety knowledge + proper handling practices.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Bonus: experience with sales or upselling in the food & beverage world.

Physical Requirements

This role requires being on your feet, moving with purpose, and handling typical bar tasks. You should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, navigating a fast-paced environment, and working in varying temperatures. Good vision, hearing, and awareness are important for safety and accuracy. Expect plenty of walking, and some repetitive motion while using bar tools, POS systems, and equipment.
