Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately
• Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking while adhering to legal alcohol service regulations
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth service flow
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food service during catering or banquet events, supporting overall event success

Skills

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments with strong knowledge of food handling and safety protocols
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly while maintaining quality service
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and measuring ingredients accurately
• Knowledge of food industry standards related to serving alcohol responsibly and food safety regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events like catering or banquets
• Experience with brewing or beverage crafting is a plus for creating specialty drinks
