Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and lively candidate to join our talented group of bartenders! Candidates with prior bar experience are preferred. If you enjoy serving and are looking for a new bartending home, we'd love to talk to you. Weekends are a must for this role!

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours

Skills

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
• Proven customer service skills that create positive guest interactions in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety at all times
• Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling
• Fluent communication skills
• Familiarity with bartending (cocktails, keeping the bar, and serving safely)

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
