Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Engage with customers to provide a welcoming experience and address their beverage needs.
• Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
• Mixing and Pouring Drinks: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Bar Preparation and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is in good working order.
• Craft Cocktail Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of craft cocktails and prepare them accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience preferred in a full-service restaurant or sports bar.
• Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and bar environment.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
