We are seeking a dedicated Fine Dining Bartender to provide exceptional service and cocktails to our guests in a high-end dining setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome bar guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take accurate orders.
- Prepare cocktails, beer and wine in a timely manner while ensuring high presentation standards.
- Stock and clean bar area according to outlined company standards.
- Collaborate with service staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems efficiently.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is preferred.
- Proficient in cash handling and POS systems.
- Knowledge of bar safety protocols.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and mixology.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
