Bartender Position
Location: Rose Garden Market & Co. – 3015 W. Markham St., Little Rock, AR
Schedule: Evenings & Weekends (Solo + Team-Based Shifts)
Starting Pay: $17–$20+/hr (tips included)

About the Role:
We’re looking for an outgoing, community-driven bartender to lead the evening bar experience at The Garden. You’ll be the vibe-setter — someone who brings great energy, holds down the bar with confidence, and connects deeply with our guests. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on both creative expression and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the evening bar service, from solo shifts to team-based event nights
• Create a welcoming, social, and inclusive atmosphere for all guests
• Serve a variety of drinks ranging from cocktails, beer, espresso & other specialities with knowledge and confidence
• Help develop and execute a unique drink program
• Adapt smoothly between intimate nights and high-volume events
• Cross-train in coffee barista work and basic food prep
• Lead and assist in shop closing and reset.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment

• Experience with bar service, especially craft drinks & cocktails.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills — you’re a people person through and through
• A passion for craft beverages and creative hospitality
