SERVER / BARTENDER – MARLBOROUGH TAVERN

Marlborough Tavern is looking to add friendly, dependable, and hardworking Servers & Bartenders to our growing team.

We are a busy neighborhood restaurant focused on great food, cocktails, hospitality, and creating a welcoming experience for our guests. We’re looking for team-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing excellent service.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing attentive and friendly guest service
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately
• Knowledge of menu items, cocktails, beer, and wine
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
• Creating a positive guest experience from start to finish

Qualifications:

• Restaurant experience preferred
• Bartending experience is a plus for bartender applicants
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
