Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests proactively to recommend drinks, answer questions about menu items, and enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems Clover to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain balanced registers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement responsible serving practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or banquet functions to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.
• Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS system Clover is preferred for efficient order processing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously through effective time management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices is essential.
• Experience in retail math or basic math skills to handle cash handling accurately and perform sales transactions confidently.
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills to create welcoming atmospheres for diverse guests.
