Bartender

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering duties and processing payments accurately.
• Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
• Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or catering functions, ensuring all beverage needs are met.
• Follow all food safety regulations related to food handling and beverage service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours, including nights and weekends.

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a professional manner.
• Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management skills.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation including brewing techniques is a plus.
• Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector demonstrates a solid foundation for this role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced settings such as nightclubs or catering events. Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
