Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing exceptional customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage POS system, Toast, for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments.
• Familiarity with POS system Toast for sales processing and cashiering tasks.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling techniques, and responsible alcohol serving practices.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals.
• Previous experience in beverage preparation.

Pay: $16.90 per hour
