Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
  • Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils to ensure smooth service during busy hours
  • Monitor guest behavior responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service regulations and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during events such as banquets or catering functions

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cashiering is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently
  • Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts using strong time management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing
  • Experience working in the food industry or hospitality environment is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with beverage brewing processes and alcohol regulations is advantageous
