Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate measures to ensure safety.
• Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills; process payments swiftly while maintaining a positive attitude.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
• Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within legal guidelines; knowledge of brewing processes is a plus.
