Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to meet customer demand without delay.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties, while managing tabs and processing payments swiftly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably with fine dining, nightclub, or banquet experience.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for billing, tips, and inventory management accurately.
• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred; retail math skills are a plus.
• Food Handlers & TABC Certificate
